Salon Policy

Please take a moment to read through our salon policies to ensure a smooth booking. 

Important Information for your Booking

Bring cash with you to clear the balance in case the card machine is out of service

 

Hair extensions are not included in the price unless specified in the description but may be provided upon request. If you will be bringing your hair extensions for braids, please be ready to provide an already pulled/pre-stretched extension. If you will be bringing your own extensions for weave or similar, please ensure that they are clean and ready to install. Otherwise let us know in advance so that we can prepare for your booking.

 

For most braiding styles, we can supply extension colours 1,1b, 2,4,8,33,27,30, bi, 99j, green, red, purple or ombre If you need a specific colour or are not sure of the colours, please call 07956 293 093 to ask for the colour you need. If you would like us to supply the hair, one pack is £3.99 (to be confirmed) – Please leave a note with your booking with the colour specified.

For styles where the description states blow-dry not included or styling only, we will not be prepared to blow dry your hair or straighten to match your extensions. If we have time we will be happy to help for an additional cost depending on what needs to be done. 

 

Due to the limited space available, you are advised to avoid bringing guest along with you.

If you are late for your appointment, please be notified that your treatment time will be affected.

For Braiding customers, you will have to reschedule if you are 30 minutes late to your appointment and be reminded about the loss of your deposit in the circumstance.

We cater to Afro-Caribbean & Caucasian Women, Men, Children, Students, Special Occasions, Bridal and much more. You can scroll through the categories to see the styles contained in them. Each style has a STARTING price and estimated duration. 

 

There is also a 'Classic Styling' section which includes services such as trimming, wash, set etc that you can book for directly to make your appointment as efficient as possible! Once you book your desired hair service, simply visit the 'Classic Styling' section and select the service you'd love to have. This way we can prepare everything for your arrival and be as efficient as possible.  

 

The longer the style takes, the higher the price may be. For instance, if you book £40 box braids and you're blessed with beautiful thick and long hair, we want to make your style flawless which means that more time is required. For extensions, the hair is not included in the price unless it says in the title 'INC HAIR' extensions.​

Anyone who wants to book an appointment before 9AM or after 6Pm should call +44 7956 293093 to find out if there is a slot. Kindly take note, this  will incur an additional £20. since it is out of service hours. 

Appointments before 9:00 AM and after 18:00 PM or on Sundays will cost an extra £10-20.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

Cancellation

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a canceled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client.

Refund

Should a client fail to provide the required 5 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe.

Rescheduling:

Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve.

I'm sure you will love any product or hair you buy with us. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with a purchase please give us a call to discuss on 07956 293 093. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Please speak to the hair stylist on the day of your appointment about any allergies or intolerances.

Please be advised that if you are going to use hair extensions for the first time, we do not perform patch tests for this as it is not commonly performed for hair extensions therefore, we cannot forsee any allergic reactions that may occur.

If you previously had issues with itching or discomfort with hair extensions, there is a service we provide by treating the hair extensions 24-48 hours before your appointment date in order to alleviate this.
